BREAST AESTHETICS

The breast is a very important organ for every woman. For a woman, it is both a symbol of motherhood and an indicator of femininity, so it is functional and aesthetically important. Every woman desires to have full and shaped breasts aesthetically. In this respect, breast augmentation surgery is among the most frequently performed aesthetic surgeries in women, due to the developmental insufficient growth of breast tissue in women. The main points that I pay attention to in terms of the concept of "beautiful breast" are as follows;
Planning depending on the patient's body structure, breast tissue and fence structure gives the best results. Naturally, since these 3 main factors will be different in all patients, each "beautiful breast" is different from each other. The main factor I pay attention to here is the positioning of the nipple in the right place relative to the breast, the right place of the breast in relation to the body, and sufficient size-fullness.

HOW DOES BREAST GROW?
There are 2 different options for breast enlargement;
1- Silicone Implant
2- The Patient's Own Fat Tissue
If the patient does not want a silicone implant, there is no excessive loosening in the skin tissue and the patient does not want excessively large breasts, then this surgery can be performed in 1-2 sessions. However, in this case, you will always give up something, first of all, the implant size does not change over time, but after the fat injection In the healing process, there will be some melting and loss, and if the patient is not fat enough to take enough fat grafts, in this case there will be no other option other than the implant.
WHERE IS THE PROSTHESIS PLACED?
We use 3 different techniques here
1- Submuscular - Submuscular
2- Subglandular supra-muscular (breast tissue) - Subglandular
3- Supramuscular submembrane - Subfascia
All of these techniques are decided according to the current condition of the patient. If the patient has insufficient or absent breast tissue, we prefer a submuscular plan. Here, too, I prefer a technique that we call the dual plan, which we call a semi-muscular half-submammary plane. If the patient has breast tissue, my preference is to create a pocket under the membrane of the subfascial pectoralis major muscle and place the implant in this area. The reason why we prefer subglandular here is to avoid the complication that we call "capsule contracture" in the future, and to reduce the prosthesis being visible and felt by using the membrane as a support to this plan.
Which TYPE OF PROSTHESIS IS MORE SUITABLE FOR ME?
There are 2 types and even 3 types of new generation prostheses. Round and drop-shaped anatomical prostheses are also new generation prostheses that stand as drops while lying down. While making these decisions, we decide according to the patient's body structure and breast tissue. I mostly include round prostheses in my clinical practice. I prefer round prostheses because it is safer for patients and I get the fullness that my patients want with these prostheses. Of course, in special cases, we may need to use other prostheses.

WHAT SHOULD I HAVE A STRETCHING?
The point we pay attention to is this; If the nipple is not in a suitable position according to the inframammary fold and also in relation to the breast tissue, breast lift surgery will be performed, but if the patient has insufficient breast tissue as a result of breastfeeding and excessive weight loss, and if there is a condition such as empty breast, in addition to breast lift, a breast prosthesis should be placed.
Do I HAVE PAIN AFTER BREAST SURGERY?
Yes it does :) but this pain is not severe pain. The first day will be enough to pass with the painkillers prescribed to you later in the hospital. The first 3 days are a little difficult for you. From the 1st week, you can do your daily work comfortably.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ME AFTER BREAST ENLARGEMENT SURGERY?
Breast augmentation surgery is an operation that takes 1-2 hours on average if there is no asymmetry, deformity or bleeding disorder. It may take even shorter, this is all about the fact that I feel comfortable with my surgery, this applies to all my surgeries. Sometimes it may take much shorter.
HOW MUCH DOES BREAST AESTHETICS COST?
This completely depends on which surgery will be performed on you, namely breast augmentation, breast lift, breast lift-augmentation and breast reduction, the brand and type of prosthesis to be used, the hospital to be operated on and the combined surgery to be performed. After this process, you will stay in the hospital for 1 night and be discharged after the visit I will make in the morning the next day. I pull your drains for 1-2 days post-op in order not to collect blood in both of your breasts. You do not need any dressing after the surgery, there are special bands on the incisions and they are removed after 1 week. Then you use the cream that I suggested to you. Later in this process, 1.3.6. We follow you with your monthly and 1st year checks.
Will A BREAST LIFT-REDUCTION SURGERY LEAVE A TRACE?
Every breast reduction surgery is actually a breast lift and recovery surgery. In every breast surgery, do all plastic surgery surgeries leave scars? Of course it will. Because our wound healing is to either hide the wound in a less visible place or to leave a linear trace in the form of a straight line. Here, I decide what kind of scar I will leave according to the sagging of the patient's breast tissue and the laxity of the skin. If the patient's laxity is low, there is a sagging breast, if the middle breast is small, medium-sized, around the nipple and vertical "lollipop", but if it is a loose and drooping large breast, there will be a vertical and horizontal "inverted T" shaped scar. This scar does not remain as a line where the stitches are not visible, but may swell and expand a little, depending on your recovery and the tension of the breast tissue.
